O, Earth is a queer work inspired by Thornton Wilder’s Our Town that aims to broaden Wilder’s “our” by bringing to the stage characters drawn from gay popular culture and radical New York City, to ask how we live as ourselves and in communion with others.
Casey Llewellyn, GS ’09, is a writer and theater maker whose work interrogates identity, collectivity, and form through a queer lens. She is a graduate of Columbia’s School of General Studies and has an MFA in Writing for Performance from Brown University.
